As Senior User Experience Lead you will be working as part of the
Expert Services team. This team is active in pre and post-sales
phase, advising the customer and managing customer projects. The
team is small, but works on big projects with big ambitions: we
often help our customers to drastically renew their products, revive
their business model and enter new markets. To make sure our
customers applications will be successful, we bridge the challenges
between users, technology and business.
When working in projects, you'll work with a multi disciplinary
team, consisting of Servoy and customer experts. Typically, a large
part of the UX work is done at the customer’s location. We have
customers around the globe, with strongholds in North America and
Europe.
You can guide the customer towards a successful User Experience
implementation – either by taking the lead, or by collaborating with
the customer’s design team. You have been around the block with
medium to large UX design engagements. You quickly understand what
the business needs by guiding them through a user centric design
process. You are comfortable working on large scale design and
implementation projects and can work independently. You know how to
add both efficiency and delight to a design. You like to sink your
teeth in a project to really make the design work.
Your profile
Presales: you present potential customers with a vision of
what their products could be like.
UX consultancy: you guide the customer towards a working
solution in projects, including functional design, interaction
design, customer and end customer workshops.
Training: you help partners and customers to get the most out
of the Servoy Business Application Platform.
UX leader: you coach other team members in the art of UX and
make sure they grow their expertise.
Internal: you'll be actively involved in improving the UX of
the Servoy Business Application Platform.
Skills:
At least 5 years of experience with User Experience design;
Experience with UX in the context of business applications is a big plus;
Solid understanding of, and experience with, business
applications like a CRM, a financial package or an ERP systems
is a plus;
Excellent communication skills in English and preferably
Dutch. Communication is key for this position;
Bachelor's degree or better in User Experience, or
commensurate experience;
Advisory skills: listening, confronting and helping customers; coaching, asking questions, summerizing; presenting; asking for, receiving and providing feedback.
Team collaboration skills: coaching colleagues and customer,
intensive collaboration with customer and Servoy team members.
