In 1993, Jan co-founded Professional Data Management (PDM) -- an IT company specializing in building data-oriented solutions. Besides custom solutions, PDM developed a number of innovative products for Internet and Database solutions. More than 20,000 users are employing these products worldwide in companies such as: Apple, Sony, Genentech, Endemol, Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, Time, USA today and others. At PDM, Jan was responsible for project management and architecture of e-commerce websites. Sites were built for Centraal Beheer (a large insurance company), Tempo Team (a temporary employment agency) and Scarlet/OneTel (a telecommuncations company). In 2000 Jan Aleman was the CTO at Cedron (formerly ConsumerDesk), and responsible for all IT developments. At Cedron his team developed a very scalable internet based multitenant platform which was delivered as a service to various international customers (SaaS). In 2001 he co-founded Servoy and has been the CEO since inception
Jan is a frequent speaker at SaaS and Cloud computing conferences internationally. He is secretary of Eurocloud a European Cloud organization and member of the steering committee of SaaS~Cloud of ICT Office.
Jan Blok is a co-founder of Servoy and previously worked for Cedron as the company's chief software architect. He was responsible for R & D and developed cutting edge technologies such as:These technologies are being used today by: AltaVista; Ilse; Lycos; Pioneer; Wehkamp; and Planet Internet.

Jan worked at Baan Labs until 1998, after which he became a shareholder and CTO of Professional Data Management. At PDM, Jan was responsible for the development of the FileMaker Pro SQL Plug-in. He also co-developed the Syne application server -- a very scalable JSP application server for Internet solutions. The Syne application server was far ahead of its time (developed in 1999) and included advanced functionality that is only now becoming available through more expensive servers. This advanced functionality included personalization; automatic fail-over; separation of design and functionality; load balancing; and database/platform independency.
Jan has bachelor degree in computer science and studied at the University of Utrecht.
Ron has a mechanical engineering background and worked in power generation where he managed large projects. In 1998 he switched to IT and became the IT director in a large corporate firm. In 1999 he studied ICT management at CIBIT/Univercity of Middlesex from which he graduated as Msc. in 2003.
Following his passion for software development Ron joined a software developement firm in 2008 as CEO which had its core team working with Servoy. In 2010 Ron joined Servoy as manager professional services. In 2012 he was installed as COO of Servoy.
Yvo studied Corporate finance (MBA) in the United States and received a degree in Business Administration (Drs.) from Nijenrode University in The Netherlands. He worked for a Dutch bank in the corporate finance department, being involved with mergers, acquisitions and venture capital.
Enjoying the venture capital activities of the bank, Yvo decided to join Atlas Venture -- an international venture capital organization focused on Biomedical and IT investment opportunities. He was involved with the IT investment activities for several years after which he joined World Online (acquired by Tiscali) in 1998 seeking international expansion opportunities and being responsible for several European acquisitions and a large joint-venture.
In March 1999, he co-founded Cedron. As CFO, Yvo arranged the international expansion and multiple finance rounds.
Yvo has been involved with Servoy since its inception and joined the team on a full-time basis in 2005.
