If you have support questions, the quickest and easiest thing to do is to post them in the online Servoy Forum. The Servoy Forum gives you free support and many questions have already been answered. If you have an urgent problem you can call Servoy or email Servoy Support. Contacting Servoy by phone for technical support is not free of charge.

Why doesn't Servoy offer free technical support by phone?
We'd love to -- but with our current resources, we'd rather help you get up and running with Servoy as efficiently as possible. You can receive free support in the Servoy Online Forum and if you need over-the-phone support, we have comprehensive support packages that you can purchase.

How do I file a bug with Servoy?
Non-critical bugs and bugs in beta versions of Servoy can be filed in the 'Issues and bugs' section of Servoy Forum. If you encounter bugs in a production version of Servoy, please file a bug report with Servoy Support. The best way is to create a reproduceable case of the bug in a small solution and send it with a clear description to Servoy Support at: support@servoy.com.
