For free development and deployment support, visit the Servoy Forum at http://forum.servoy.com. In general, replies are posted within a few hours by other Servoy Forum community members or Servoy staff.

Filing bugs with Servoy
Non-critical bugs; bugs in beta versions of Servoy; or an issue that may or may not be a bug, can be posted in the "Issues and Bugs" section of the Servoy Forum.

If you encounter bugs in a released version of Servoy, try to create a reproduceable case of the bug in a small solution; include it with a detailed description; and file a bug report in the Servoy Support System.

Development Support
Servoy offers special development support packages to streamline your Servoy Development. See the Servoy Professional Services section for more information. Servoy Development Support packages start as low as $500.

Supported versions
When you purchase or renew your Annual Servoy Subscription License(s), Servoy provides minor and major upgrades for all supported versions -- free-of-charge for one year. If you have not purchased your Servoy Subscription License(s), or you need to update your existing Servoy Subscription License(s), please send an email to sales@servoy.com to request a quote.

Servoy currently supports all versions from Servoy 4.1.x (and higher). If you are running a version of Servoy earlier than 4.1.x, please request a Servoy Subscription License quote.
