Servoy offers various levels of support -- depending on your exact needs. Support varies from free support on the Servoy Forum, to email support; phone support; and Service Level Agreements to guarantee the uptime of your Servoy Application and the support for your Servoy development.
Support is divided into two main categories:
- Development Support
- Deployment Support
Development Support
Development Support is here to help you get your Servoy applications developed. Support ranges from free support through Servoy's online forum community, to Professional Development support tailored to your needs. Servoy utilizes a combination of in-house consultants, and Servoy Alliance Network (SAN) Partners and Developers to offer you this level of support.

Deployment Support
Deployment Support is a set of services that help you achieve the highest possible uptime for your Servoy Applications. Depending on your particular needs, support can range from: email support to Service Level Agreements with immediate response in case of emergency provided by Servoy Professional Services.
Supported versions
When you purchase or renew your Annual Servoy Subscription License(s), Servoy provides minor and major upgrades for all supported versions -- free-of-charge for one year. If you have not purchased your Servoy Subscription License(s), or you need to update your existing Servoy Subscription License(s), please send an email to sales@servoy.com to request a quote.
Servoy currently supports all versions from Servoy 4.1.x (and higher).
